Kristi is a Pilates educator, instructor trainer and movement teacher with over 28 years of teaching experience. Her background in Pilates, Posture Therapy and biomechanics sets her apart from mainstream Pilates with a focus on accessible yet challenging movement to build intrinsic strength, balance, and body awareness. Kristi is certified through the PhysicalMind Institute® (500hrs), Stott Pilates (200hrs), and The Egoscue Method®, among others.
A former studio owner in San Diego, California, Kristi has also taught in Canada, Mexico, Hawaii and New York. She wrote the exercise component for the New York Times bestselling book, Spent: End Exhaustion and Feel Great Again by Dr. Frank Lipman.
